Da surft man ein wenig herum und findet auf einer kleinen Webseite eine direkte Aussage, bei <a title=\"Personalberatung und Headhunter\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jens-dhein-partner.de\">jens-dhein-partner.de<\/a> wird offensichtlich Klartext geredet.<\/p>\n<p>Jenseits der sonst oft schw\u00fclstigen Formulierungen und nebul\u00f6sen Aussagen der Branche mit ihren ach so tollen Beratungsleistungen sagt der Mann einfach, was er macht.<\/p>\n<p>Ich finde, daran k\u00f6nnten sich andere Unternehmen durchaus mal ein Beispiel nehmen. Headhunter suchen nun einmal die passenden Kandidaten und st\u00f6bern dabei wie Detektive nach guten Mitarbeitern. Personalberater hingegen sind in meiner Erfahrung oft mit kuriosen Briefings und viel Gerede unterwegs, um irgendetwas zu besetzen.
